Ascent listens to the needs of its borrowers, clients and joint venture partners and looks to structure an investment or participation that fills a capital void or shortfall.

Ascent’s strategy is to be flexible in an effort to take advantage of present and future dislocations in real property values and the real estate capital markets. Ascent endeavors to identify unrecognized opportunities or underserved sectors of the real estate markets through a nationwide network of real estate developers and operators, banks, brokers, trustees, law firms, portfolio servicers, title companies and other real estate service providers.

Ascent additionally will focus its resources and expertise in providing consulting services for the benefit of its clients. These services will include debt restructuring, asset repositioning, asset dispositions and due diligence and underwriting support.
