A fifteen year veteran of the real estate finance industry, Mr. Benjamin recently completed a six-year tenure at Credit Suisse First Boston. While at CSFB, he originated fixed- and floating-rate mortgage loans, structured a variety of capital market loan securitizations, assisted in the creation of a high yield investment vehicle focusing on the acquisition of subordinate CMBS and was a member of a team that asset-managed and liquidated in excess of $7 billion of real estate debt and equity investments. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Benjamin practiced law with the New York firm of Schulte, Roth & Zabel, specializing in all areas of real estate acquisition, development and finance.

A fourteen year veteran of the Real Estate business, Mr. Porges spent five years as vice president and general counsel of J.D. Carlisle Development, a New York-based real estate development company, with responsibility for the firm’s development strategy, including acquisitions, financing, leasing and marketing. Mr. Porges’ projects include Morton Square, The Penmark and NYU Cancer Center, all in New York City. Mr. Porges has been an active owner/manager of real estate since 1990. Prior to joining J.D. Carlisle Development, Mr. Porges was an attorney with Togut, Segal & Segal, a boutique corporate bankruptcy firm.
